Orders & Delivery

Article 1 – Placing an Order

If you’ve found a Barkmate product you’d like to buy, simply choose the right size and/or colour, then click “Add to Cart.” You can keep shopping at any time and return to your cart by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Please note: items in your cart are not reserved until your order is completed.

When you’re ready to check out, open your cart to review your selected products. You can still adjust quantities before clicking “Proceed to Checkout.”
At checkout, you’ll enter all necessary details on one page to finalise your purchase.
Once confirmed, orders can’t be changed, as they are immediately sent for processing.


Article 2 – Shipping Costs

Barkmate offers free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.
You can also choose express shipping at checkout, based on the available options.

Return shipping costs AUD 15.00 and are covered by the customer.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.


Article 3 – Order Tracking

Every order is shipped using trackable courier services (Track & Trace).
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Please note: tracking updates may take a little time to appear in the system.


Article 4 – Delivery Time

Barkmate always strives to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Average delivery time is 10–14 business days.
Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
Some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers.


Article 5 – Missed Delivery

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be held at a local collection point for 7 days.
You’ll receive a notification with details of where to pick it up.
If it’s not collected within this period, the parcel will be returned to the Barkmate warehouse.


Article 6 – Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
Barkmate processes and ships orders as quickly as possible, so address changes can only be made shortly after placing your order.

Article 7 – Lost or Stolen Parcels

Barkmate is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the specified address.
If your Track & Trace shows that the parcel was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact Barkmate straight away.

Fourteen (14) days after the indicated delivery date, the courier will begin an investigation process.
Barkmate will keep you updated throughout the investigation until it’s resolved.
